Turner Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. /ppPlease visit our website: /pppbJob Description /b /p /ppResponsibilities: /pliManage overall project cost, schedule and budgets. /liliManage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants. /liliAnalyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. /liliRun and lead client and other required meetings. /liliIdentify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data. /liliSupport engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction. /liliAdvocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders. /liliOversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties. /lippbQualifications /b /p /pliA degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline. /liliAt least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong MEP expertise and industrial construction, /liliProven experience in leading or co‑managing complex large‑scale projects and programmes. /liliExtensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy. /liliFluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. /liliConfident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools. /lippbAdditional Information /b /p /ppOur people share our Purpose and Values.
