Overview We support leading international technology companies in delivering large‑scale data center programs across Europe. Our teams work closely with technical stakeholders, project controls, design partners, and general contractors to ensure excellence in planning, execution, quality, and collaboration.
To strengthen our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) - Owner's Representative who will act as a strategic interface between internal stakeholders and the external project environment while supporting multiple parallel data center construction projects.
You ensure that all technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements of our international client are met and collaborate closely with Technical Program Management, the General Contractor, and engineering teams.
The Opportunity In this role you will: Collect, analyze, and structure project data (cost, schedule, risk) to support informed decision‑making Organize and document internal governance meetings and follow up on action items Prepare concise progress updates and risk summaries for leadership audiences Maintain and further develop the internal Risk Register Analyze change orders and cost forecasts to safeguard commercial interests Monitor project schedules to identify hidden deviations and assess impacts on Ready‑for‑Service (RFS) dates Coordinate internal design reviews and ensure timely stakeholder feedback Conduct frequent on‑site quality spot‑checks to validate PMC quality reports against actual construction progress Support commissioning phases and the transition to operational teams Ensure complete and accurate close‑out documentation, including O&M manuals and Lessons Learned We would love to hear from you if you: Solid experience in project management, project controls, or technical program management Experience in data center, industrial, or other complex construction environments Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with cost, schedule, and risk data Fluent in German and English Willingness to work at least 3 days per week on site in Frankfurt Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented working style Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
