As we continue expanding our Point‑of‑Sale (POS) offering in Germany, we recognize that our people are our greatest asset. We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic Project Manager to help cultivate an engaging, compliant, and high‑performing workplace culture as we grow.

What You'll Do Drive multiple high‑priority, time‑sensitive projects end‑to‑end with strong structure and clear outcomes. Translate ambiguous requests into concrete plans and deliverables quickly, without over‑engineering. Produce high‑quality documents and presentations by self‑serving existing materials and best practices.

Set crisp scopes, milestones, and success metrics; keep owners accountable and risks transparent. Run rapid live problem‑solving and case‑style work to test options and deliver within hours, not weeks. Communicate progress and blockers proactively to the People Director and core stakeholders.

Context switch effectively across parallel streams while maintaining quality and speed. Who You Are 3‑5 years experience in project, program, or operations roles with a track record of fast, high‑quality delivery. Exceptionally strong execution, prioritization, and time management without reliance on overtime.

Autonomous and resourceful: finds inputs independently, learns quickly, and makes sound trade‑offs. Clear, concise communicator; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Advanced proficiency with productivity and documentation tools; strong slide‑writing and structuring skills.

Comfortable operating under pressure and shifting priorities in a pragmatic, business‑first way. Excellent German skills; able to operate in fast‑moving, high‑expectation contexts.
