Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage and control the entire project life‑cycle for the respective technology platform Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter‑dependencies Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to assure proper, in‑time delivery and adequate functionality Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject At least 6 years of work experience in the semiconductor business – ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Very good experience in project management, e.g. leading medium sized projects A good sense for intercultural differences Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus Contact Bruna Fernandes Equal Opportunity Employer We embrace diversity and inclusion and welcome everyone for who they are.
