Oversee design compliance and technical quality. Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards. Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance. Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction. You’ll Need To Have Extensive project management of major capital works.
Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6). Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
