Define success factors, drive planning and delivery. Own risk register and change control processes. Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy. Oversee design compliance and technical quality. Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards. Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction. You’ll Need To Have Extensive project management of major capital works. Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6). Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting. Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools. Client focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.
