- We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of data center customer fit-out and tenant improvement projects across our growing portfolio.
- The role involves working with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of tenant fit-out and customer deployment projects.
- Provide mentorship and oversight for an Associate Project Manager.
- Coordinate white space build-outs, MEP integrations, and customer-specific infrastructure deployments.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, or mission-critical facilities.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and experience managing multi-stakeholder project environments.
