Senior Project Manager - Automotive Warranty and Services (f/m/x) Full-time We are looking for a Senior Manager - Warranty and Services Expert (f/m/x) to join our Financing & Value‑Added Services Team, responsible for financing, insurances and aftersales services for all the 9 markets where Autohero is currently operating.

Position within the company and managerial responsibilities: In addition to working in close collaboration with our Product, Finance, tech and Marketing teams based in Berlin headquarters, you will have regular contacts with local management from our 9 European subsidiaries.

Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, and stakeholder management in a high‑functioning team environment.

Qualifications and experience: Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high‑level stakeholders at international scale. Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, preferably working for a recognized insurer or OEM captive, ideally in an international context.

Your role will consist in optimizing our existing warranty and services sales offering, ensuring best‑in‑class operational performance and taking part in the development of new services to better serve Autohero customer needs. Everything you do has direct business impact.

Design and execute exciting projects, partially from the ground up, and play a crucial part in turning ideas into concrete offerings. Your future is important to us, which is why we have an above‑average corporate pension plan to top it off.

Key responsibilities and tasks: Use your previous experience and skills to review, challenge, and ultimately improve existing processes and products, leverage technology and data to decrease costs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure best practices are known and shared between all our local entities in Europe.

Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal, Finance and external partners for future project rollouts.

Turn our extended warranty and maintenance subscription program into true powerhouses: set up financial targets and planning infrastructure, implement cost‑controlling procedures, design training materials, optimize product content and increase revenue through targeted revenue management and renewal initiatives.

Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics. Hard‑working and a strong desire to achieve impact and results beyond a 9-5 schedule. Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time‑sensitive deadlines.

Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
