Job Description Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of AUTO1.com Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team Carry out cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5years full-time work experience, preferably in a growth company, start-up or management consulting firm Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill Good analytical skills, structured way of thinking, exceptional attention to details Fluent in English and German, as wellasadvanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Additional Information Once a unicorn, now a listed public company, be part of our success story!
