In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and successful handover to our customers. Ensure project success by maintaining the highest quality standards while managing schedule and budget.

Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration. Proactively manage risks, lead change processes, and ensure claims are handled professionally. Stay on top of project progress, turn challenges into opportunities, and deliver clear and impactful decision-making insights.

Who You Are: You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You balance the interests of multiple stakeholders. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions.

For This Role, You Will Need: A degree in Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management or a comparable role, with proven success in delivering results.

Strong expertise in project planning, change and claim management, risk assessment, and project controlling. Flexibility, determination, and a positive attitude that motivates others. Fluent German & English, both written and spoken.
