Support larger projects, programmes, bids, and strategic initiatives. Assist with contract administration, tender evaluation, and procurement. Support risk and value management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Ensure compliance with health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA), and client governance requirements.

Develop project programmes and coordinate stakeholders. Key Skills & Behaviours Strong client-facing delivery and communication skills. Ability to manage complexity, competing priorities, and change. Commercial awareness and understanding of contract management. High integrity, resilience, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Experience & Qualifications Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of the construction industry. Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, RICS, MAPM) are desirable. Experience across the full project lifecycle and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
