Provides mentoring, status communication and updates to the customer and SAP management. /p h3Expectations and Tasks /h3 h3Sales Cycle /h3 ul liBuild credibility / trust with customers during the deal phase. /li liAssist the SAP license sales and service sales teams in closing of software or services deals by providing oversight on implementation planning estimating and coordinating multiple SAP Lines of Businesses and partners as required (Bid Management). /li /ul h3Project Delivery /h3 ul liSet‑up and lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure. /li liWork with Customer Stakeholders on C‑Level, Partners and SAP Management to effectively manage and lead projects to ensure successful completion and significant impact on customer business KPI. /li liManage overall services relationship end‑to‑end, steering committees and project office, between customer, partner and SAP to ensure that projects are delivered on‑time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through billable consulting. /li liManage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections. /li liSelect, direct and develop your team members in accordance with the project goals. /li /ul h3Value Creation /h3 ul liCreate long‑term value roadmaps and plans with customer to achieve customer business objectives. /li liAnalyze and execute on strategic projects, build consensus among project stakeholders, ensure alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicate project goals at a strategic level as well as actively identifying and developing more business opportunities. /li /ul h3Education and Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree, preferably in finance, computer science, engineering, information technologies, MBA or equivalent training. /li liGood knowledge of project management methodologies, especially agile methods.

SAP methodologies (including SAP Activate) or SAFe is a plus. /li liProactive attitude in managing stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer success. /li liDemonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders and confidently make presentations to large and executive audiences. /li liThe candidate must possess experience managing a number of internal and external stakeholders; interpersonal skills and abilities will be vital to succeed in this role. /li liTeam oriented: ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization. ph3Senior Project Manager – SAP Services /h3 pResponsible for supporting our customer’s transformation strategy through the management of cloud, on‑premise or hybrid implementation initiatives.

Must manage complex, large‑scale strategic programs that span organizational boundaries including several projects, multiple business units and service partners. Ensures adherence to SAP’s Activate project management methodology and best business practices.

Being a strong motivator who knows how to influence others to deliver consistently their best work. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills – fluent German and Business English; another language, especially French, is beneficial. /li liPMP certification or other project management certifications are desirable. /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 ul li8‑12 years or more proven project management experience at a consulting / system integration company. /li liIdeally project management experience with SAP implementation projects. /li liDemonstrated experience in managing, aligning and working with various levels within a customer organization (project, business, executive) as well as different parts of large global organizations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
