End-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering complex IT and digital projects (bespoke software) across all phases, from acquisition to successful completion Strategic consulting as well as building and sustainably developing client relationships and strategically important accounts Responsibility for resource planning as well as ongoing project controlling and reporting in a multi-project environment Planning, prioritizing and managing backlogs and facilitating agile processes and workshops Ensuring quality by supporting testing, acceptance, releases and rollouts Requirements Relevant qualification and/or a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics Extensive experience leading complex digital IT projects, ideally in an agency environment Confident in client interaction and in leading interdisciplinary project teams (development-focused) Solid experience in strategic client advisory as an Account Manager Practical knowledge of agile project management methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking) Experience in proposal development, costing, negotiation and financial project management Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and a good sense for opportunities, potential and sustainable client development Positive mindset and a sense of humor Reliability and high standards for quality, consulting and delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
