Key Responsibilities Build , scale , and lead the production line for our next‑generation microwave components Work closely with the engineering and fabrication teams to ensure a smooth transition from product development to manufacturing Oversee production operations, including production planning, process documentation, quality control, and continuous process improvement Monitor and optimize production yield, throughput , and product quality Develop, document , and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to support a scalable manufacturing process Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions to ensure consistent, high‑quality output Must-Have Qualifications BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering , Physics, or a related technical field, together with relevant industry experience At least five years of experience in the production and assembly of electrical or electronic components in a manufacturing environment A proven track record of operating and scaling high‑quality production lines, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Experience with manufacturing documentation , quality control processes, and production planning.
