As a Senior Production Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering world‑class production solutions that improve client marketing performance while reducing execution costs.

This is a hands‑on role that balances strategic thinking, client partnership, and production expertise—bringing brand activations to life across print, POS, and omnichannel campaigns.

You will lead the production of high‑spend, high‑impact projects, working directly with clients to deliver excellence, drive efficiencies, and support ongoing innovation. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end production of complex and strategic marketing campaigns, including POS, print, and branded materials.

Work directly with clients to advise on production strategy, campaign execution, and continuous improvement opportunities. Proactively propose cost‑saving, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives to clients.

Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in print/POS production or similar production management roles—ideally within a marketing, brand activation, or agency environment. Solid project management skills and experience navigating large, strategic campaigns.

Strong understanding of production processes, supplier management, and omnichannel marketing. Exceptional communication skills—clear, calm, and confident at all levels. Fluent German and English required (written and spoken). Technically literate and comfortable using production systems and tech platforms.
