As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will own the go‑to‑market story for Harness Internal Developer Portal — the “front door” for the platform and the automation backbone for developer self‑service. This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. Think of this role as the mini‑CMO for your module(s).
You’ll drive messaging, competitive positioning, sales enablement, customer storytelling, and analyst engagement while also influencing the roadmap with win/loss insights and customer feedback. It’s strategic, visible, and broad in scope, with plenty of hands‑on execution to bring the story to life.
Strategy & Positioning Own the category positioning for Harness Internal Developer Portal Define messaging, value props, and competitive differentiation vs. Backstage, Port, Cortex and others. Partner with Product to bring customer and market insights directly into roadmap decisions.
Represent the product in CABs, QBRs, and analyst briefings to ensure the voice of the customer is heard. Sales & Field Enablement Build playbooks, training, and competitive battlecards that help the field win. Support high‑stakes opportunities with product and persona expertise.
Ability to jump on a call at the last minute to demo the product for a prospect and help sales win the next meeting. Identify and write compelling customer success stori
