You will guide our multidisciplinary Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Edge Engineering teams to turn complex technical capabilities into scalable product features.

Your mission is to define the roadmap for our core AI capabilities, starting from deep customer and market understanding, and ensuring they execute flawlessly across thousands of edge devices while delivering measurable business outcomes for the world’s top retailers. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liProduct Leadership: Lead the development of net-new CV and edge engine capabilities (e.g., path prediction, group composition) from ambiguous research phases to production‑ready features. /li liNavigate Technical Architectural Trade‑offs: Partner closely with the edge engineering team to make key architectural decisions.

Translate complex concepts (e.g., 3D spatial perception) into actionable requirements, balancing model accuracy, latency, and edge‑compute hardware constraints. /li liInternal and External Communication: Act as a clear communicator of complex AI capabilities across audiences; align engineers, leadership, and commercial teams internally, while confidently representing product capabilities and vision to customers and partners externally. /li liData‑Driven Specifications Evaluation: Produce and own clear technical features for our CV pipelines (Capture, Segment, Predict).

Challenge technical assumptions, ensuring data collection strategies and every claim are backed by objective model evaluation metrics. /li liBridging Research to Production: Guide the transition of internal research into production‑ready features that drive edge engine performance. /li liCross‑Functional Translation: Translate highly complex concepts into actionable products for the commercial team, and translate AdTech/Retail Media market needs into technical roadmaps for the engineers. /li liPrivacy by Design: Ensure all AI product developments strictly follow our privacy‑by‑design philosophy. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of launching 0‑to‑1 products in the AI, Machine Learning, or Deep‑Tech space. /li liDeep Architectural Fluency: You have a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI or Engineering.

You do not necessarily build a neural network from scratch, but you deeply understand the ML pipeline (data ingestion, annotation, training, inference, edge deployment vs. cloud). /li liHands‑on with Data: You are comfortable digging into model evaluation data and can confidently debate technical trade‑offs with senior engineers. /li liCV/ML Literacy: Familiarity with computer vision concepts such as 3D spatial perception, object tracking and edge‑based inference. /li liEntrepreneurial Mindset: Highly resourceful, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data, and relentless about finding product‑market fit in uncharted territory. /li /ul h3Ideally, you also have /h3 ul liExperience with MLOps and continuous model evaluation systems. /li liDirect experience with AdTech or Retail Media ecosystems. /li liDeep understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) as they relate to AI/ML. /li /ul h3Why Advertima Vision? /h3 ul liInnovative Environment: Join a team combining computer vision, IoT, edge computing, and real‑time data pipelines to build enterprise‑grade tech that transforms retail and advertising. /li liGlobal Impact: Collaborate with some of the world’s largest retailers and lead the charge in shaping the future of unified omnichannel Retail Media. /li liProfessional Growth: Your role won’t be static.

You need to understand why our edge infrastructure is built in systems languages like Rust, how data flows across our global IoT fleet, and how technical choices impact latency, system reliability, and overall accuracy.
