Responsibilities Support strategic product discussions and design within the Customer Identity domain Build and execute outcome-driven product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs Lead successful product rollouts across engineering, compliance, operations, marketing, and local market teams Drive customer onboarding improvements with a focus on identity verification (KYC) Partner with internal stakeholders to define goals and deliver measurable impact Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities across the organization Collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize onboarding funnels across multiple markets Manage external partners to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality customer experiences Stay current with market trends and emerging identity technologies Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management Proven background in high-volume B2C onboarding and conversion optimization Mandatory experience in FinTech, banking, payments, InsureTech, or regulated environments Strong analytical and quantitative skills (SQL familiarity is a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Solid understanding of agile product development practices High technical awareness and curiosity about emerging technologies Strong integrity, ownership mindset, and commitment to quality delivery This role offers competitive compensation, flexible hybrid work, extensive employee benefits, and a full relocation package including visa support.
