This role requires ongoing monitoring of programs in flight for continuous improvement and the development of new programs to drive member engagement, improve financial literacy, and retirement readiness.
Position Responsibilities Product ownership Develop and own the roadmap for member education programs and ensure alignment to Canada Retirement’s strategic priorities and member outcome goals. Develop and launch new education and engagement programs based on member insights, market trends, and business goals.
