Role Overview As Senior Product Manager – Ecosystem, you will architect and lead the development of our Developer Platform, empowering partners to build, launch and scale applications within Tradebyte’s core product.

You will work in a high‑performing cross‑functional squad consisting of an Engineering Manager, Software Engineers, designers, business stakeholders, partners, brands and marketplaces.

Responsibilities Architect the Roadmap : Own the end‑to‑end value delivery of the ecosystem, translating high‑level vision into a refined, high‑impact roadmap and driving execution. Master the Domain : Become the go‑to expert on our developer landscape, competitor moves and market trends, anticipating rather than just following the market.

Strategic Prioritization : Balance customer value with long‑term system reliability, saying “no” to good ideas to say “yes” to great ones and explaining the reasons to stakeholders in clear language.

Data‑Driven Iteration : Define critical metrics, gather qualitative and quantitative data, analyze them and iterate the product based on reliable insights. Evangelize the Ecosystem : Communicate your vision in the language of stakeholders, from deep technical dives with engineers to value‑proposition pitches to business leaders.

Qualifications Academic : Excellent degree in an analytical field or a similar qualification. Experience : 5+ years of professional experience driving outcomes in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Language : Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Technical Edge Tech‑Fluent : Comfortable with state‑of‑the‑art software development fundamentals and capable of engaging in deep technical architectural discussions. AI Enthusiast : Hands‑on interest in how AI can be adopted to improve the product and personal productivity.

Developer‑Centric : Genuine care about Developer Experience (DX) and simplifying the lives of external developers. Product Mindset Problem Solver : Break down messy, ambiguous problems into actionable, elegant plans based on critical data analysis.

Strategic Communicator : Influence without authority, managing expectations across diverse internal and external groups. User‑Focused : Know UX/UI basics and can quickly draft low‑fidelity wireframes to communicate ideas.
