Job Summary
Identifies new, innovative initiatives for the Collision Multi-Store Operator (MSO) team to help drive existing and new product offerings in the market. Key Responsibilities Leads market research for the Collision MSO team including customer surveys, competitive analysis, and debriefs to inform direction for the product roadmap.
Collaborates with customer facing teams to help enable teams to sell, implement and support the product. Performs discovery with customers and stakeholders to understand needs of the marketplace to support prioritization activities.
Helps define the Collision MSO related product strategy based on market input and Voice of the Customer (VoC) that aligns with overall strategic direction. Develops and manages select relationships with Collision MSO Customers, third parties, and other external industry professionals.
Develops a technical product strategy for our ingress layer and translate it into creative, high quality, features, and initiatives. Creates and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to develop a deep understanding of our business, and continually iterates on product strategy.
