This role is for you if … you make decisions within incomplete information you take ownership of the next meaningful step you create clarity instead of managing complexity you see UX as a lever for impact, not a goal in itself you ship early, take feedback seriously, and improve iteratively Your requirements for the job 3+ years of experience as a Product / UX Designer in B2B SaaS End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area High decision maturity under uncertainty Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution Experience working closely with engineers Very confident using Figma Excellent English How we define seniority For us, seniority does not mean more artifacts or workshops.
You actively prioritize— and decide what not to build. You reduce complexity through structure, not explanations. You work with Product and Engineering as equals. You translate decisions into precise, executable designs. After decisions are made, you create clarity and stability in the system.
