We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team.
You’ll contribute to the product strategy through design, help evolve our design system, and act as a strong craft and quality role model within the team.Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, from problem discovery to high-quality execution, with clear accountability for contributing to product goals and KPIs and owning the impact of design decisions✓ Design and prototype with a focus on responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across all devices✓ Advocate for user-centric thinking and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle 4+ years of experience as Companies use our platform to book ready-to-work staff in real time, while students use our app to find part-time jobs that conveniently fit around their studies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working hands-on across discovery, ideation, and execution, owning complex problem spaces end-to-end while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data partners.
