Your mission:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused (Senior) Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to help us build and scale a reliable supply operation across our growing restaurant group.
This role is about making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes: products arrive on time, suppliers perform, costs stay under control, and operational issues get solved before they become bigger problems.
From negotiating better commercial terms and qualifying backup suppliers to troubleshooting delivery issues and improving processes, you’ll play a central role in keeping the business running efficiently as we continue to grow.
