ph3Overview /h3 pbSenior Procurement Specialist /b – Zurich, Switzerland /p pEMEA Recruitment is partnering with a well-known Swiss multi-site industrial business to hire a bSenior Procurement Specialist /b to take end-to-end ownership of key purchasing processes and drive practical, scalable improvements across the organization. /p pThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of procurement, process governance, and procurement technology – owning S2C/P2P ways of working, enabling stakeholders, and ensuring tools and data are used effectively across multiple business entities. /p pIn this position, you will act as Process Owner for defined procurement processes and play a central role in strengthening and standardizing procurement practices across business areas. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd-to-end ownership and continuous improvement of S2P and P2P processes across segments /li liDriving process optimization with a focus on efficiency, digitalization and pragmatic implementation /li liSupporting Category Managers with complex sourcing events and tenders in tools such as SAP Ariba /li liEnsuring data quality and developing analysis/category structures /li liCollaborating with stakeholders across a complex environment to prioritize and deliver improvements /li liCreating training materials and delivering training to ensure processes/systems are adopted long-term /li liWe’re looking for a procurement professional with strong systems/process capability, ideally from a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years’ procurement experience with a strong understanding of S2C, P2P, procurement processes, contract management, analytics /li libStrong SAP knowledge (mandatory) and hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms /b (ideally, SAP Ariba; Coupa/Jaggaer also beneficial) /li liConfidence working with procurement tech topics such as integrations / APIs / EDI and process/tool rollouts /li liStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills in complex organizations /li liFluent German English (mandatory) /li /ul h3How to apply /h3 pIf you are interested in applying for this bSenior Procurement Specialist /b role, please register your interest using the link below.
