About the Opportunity
As a Senior Process Management Associate , you will have the unique opportunity to drive the implementation of a company-wide process management framework and introduce a new internal control system (ICS) for N26.
You will report directly to the Head of Process Management, who will support your professional growth as a reliable sparring partner and mentor. In this role, you will:
Lead the creation of company-wide process documentation as the foundation for N26's Internal Control System (ICS).
Drive change management initiatives to ensure a well‑established, disciplined approach to process management across the company. Optimise and customise tools to elevate N26's overall process management practices. Define end‑to‑end process metrics
