Senior Process Analyst (m/f/d) – Böblingen
We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst who will help make business processes transparent, connected, and fit for purpose. The role focuses on discovering how processes operate, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and turning insights into clear, high‑quality process designs and documentation.
Your tasks Capture and map as‑is and to‑be processes, including variants, activities, roles, user journeys, use cases, inputs, outputs, systems, and known pain points. Document dependencies, handovers, and interfaces between related processes. Plan, prepare, and facilitate process discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops.
Translate outcomes into clear, structured, reusable process documentation. Support documentation of current‑state and target‑state process descriptions with process owners, experts, and architects. Review and identify inconsistencies, gaps, overlaps, and unclear interfaces; raise them for clarification.
Analyze process information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, overlaps, unclear interfaces, and improvement potential. Collaborate with process modelers to validate models and ensure appropriate detail. Collaborate with data analysts to combine data object flow with process flow.
