Responsibilities Collaborating with sales to qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements and identify the business value of the company's software solutions for the customer.
Working with the product management team to ensure feasibility, scope and business value. You support the customer's project team during implementation. Preparing and delivering technical presentations and workshops. Responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and technical questionnaires.
Participating in industry events/ trade fairs. Developing tailored solution proposals based on the company's software portfolio, aligned with the customer's needs, infrastructure, processes and regulatory requirements.
You act as the technical advisory contact for the customer in order to build a trusted business relationship and help generate the maximum business value from the company's software portfolio for the customer.
You support the initial customer conversations in the sales cycle in order to understand the customer's challenges and develop customer solutions from them. Internal collaboration
