What You’ll Be Doing Our Critical Environments team manages the construction of complex facilities such as data centers and hospitals, leveraging deep industry expertise. Mentor and lead teams while overseeing schedule, scope, and budget.

Collaboration and Communication Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Anticipate project and team risks; proactively resolve complex challenges and conflicts.

Unlock Your Potential We are seeking candidates eager to take ownership of complex projects and grow their careers. The following qualifications will set you up for success: 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of the building design and construction process.

Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline. 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, laboratories, hospitals). MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. We act as owner’s representatives—resolving issues, managing conflicts, and guiding informed decision-making to keep projects on track. As a Project Manager, you will lead high-visibility, career-defining projects.

Project Leadership Independently manage the full scope of assigned projects while contributing to others. Drive project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery efforts. Act as a trusted partner to achieve and maintain the client’s vision. Financial and Contract Management Ensure timely invoicing and collection.

Identify and secure additional service opportunities. Lead requirements gathering and needs assessments. Our Critical Environments project portfolio is expanding, with a strong pipeline and numerous opportunities ahead.
