Platform Engineer Responsibilities Core systems and integrations across the operational landscape - Own and evolve the company’s core operational systems and their integrations, including commerce, ERP, warehouse operations, finance, and customer support platforms, ensuring they work together as a coherent ecosystem.

Data flows, event consistency, API reliability, and failure handling between systems - Design and maintain reliable data and event flows between systems, with a strong focus on correctness, resilience, and graceful failure handling across business‑critical processes.

Ensuring platform stability, observability, and predictable behavior at scale - Ensure the operational platform remains stable, observable, and predictable as the business scales across higher volumes, additional markets, and increased system complexity.

Your Experience & Qualifications Strong experience working with complex, multi-system environments rather than single applications. Hands‑on background designing and maintaining system integrations, APIs, and event‑driven workflows. Experience ensuring reliability, error handling, and operational resilience in production systems.

Ability to think in terms of platforms and interfaces, not one‑off solutions. Pragmatic mindset that balances short‑term delivery with long‑term platform health. Done right.
