Key responsibilities Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations Monitor cross‑functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs) Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls Support audit activities and reporting improvements Act as financial partner to plant management, providing insights for operational decision‑making and facilitating communication with HQ Required profile 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling, including significant exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies Experience supporting manufacturing operations and working in international environments Experience with Resident Senior Controller – India
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India.
