Location: Frankfurt, Germany Type: Freelance Duration: 12+ Months Start: ASAP Overview I am currently supporting a leading Data Centre contractor on a major project in Frankfurt who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team.
This is a key position responsible for driving the programme throughout construction, MEP installation, commissioning and handover phases on a large-scale data centre development.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain Primavera P6 project schedules Manage integrated construction and commissioning programmes Monitor progress against key milestones and critical path activities Produce look‑ahead schedules and recovery programmes Support weekly and monthly reporting requirements Identify programme risks and mitigation strategies Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers and Package Leads Track subcontractor progress and productivity Support programme reviews with the client and project stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of Planning experience within construction Previous Data Centre experience is needed Experience managing MEP and construction schedules Understanding of commissioning and handover activities Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills German language skills beneficial but not essential EU right to work preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
