Manages a sales territory that includes CenterWell, a Humana-owned brand. Builds relationships with front and back‑office staff by conducting sales calls within the territory. Provides staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
Requirements Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications. Must be comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with partnering business segments.
Must live within the defined sales territory or willing to relocate at your own expense. This role is part of Humana's Fleet Driver safety program. Previous Sales experience with documented success of meeting/exceeding goals. Self‑motivation. Ability to analyze sales data & market trends to make effective business decisions.
Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tool. Bachelor's degree -OR- Equivalent Experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
