About the role Senior People Partner to join the People team and support Engineering & Product teams at Distribusion. Build management team’s capacity through coaching and influencing. Contribute to the strategy of the teams you support and to the direction of the People Business Partner team.

Responsibilities First People Partner, working closely with the VP of People to integrate into current philosophies, practices, and processes. Partner with other People functions on all aspects of employment experience. Foster excellence in support, motivation, retention, and growth of talent.

Qualifications Extensive experience in People Business Partner roles in Germany or the European region. Experience supporting and developing functions in high‑growth phases. Knowledge of growth‑stage company challenges, ability to anticipate scaling problems and adapt.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; design and implement people programs. Strong leadership qualities and experience managing projects. Proficiency in HRIS systems and KPIs; keen interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies. Effective communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Passionate about people development, enablement and success. Driven, ambitious, willing to shape the future of ground transportation travel. What you can expect Fast‑paced travel tech company; take on ownership from day one and directly impact success.
