You operate with full ownership, spot what needs to be fixed before anyone has to tell you, and you act on it.
Your Responsibilities
Hiring (your main focus)
Be the person hiring managers trust to find the right people - and to tell them honestly when a candidate isn't the right fit
You know how to find people who aren't looking - you understand who matches a role, where they are, and how to get their attention
You can spot talent fast: when someone is exactly who you're looking for , you know it early and fast-track them - you don't put great candidates through unnecessary steps
