Your mission Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (performance management, development, retention, onboarding and offboarding) Own delivery of the annual HR cycle and ensure data accuracy, process reliability, documentation quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead prioritized People projects (capability development, pipeline programs, data/process enhancements) Design and further development of leadership, talent, and succession concepts Management and implementation of group-wide HR initiatives and standards Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of measures Your profile 8–10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or equivalent advisory role.

Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings – ideally within biotech or pharma. Demonstrated success in leadership development, coaching, and change management. Deep understanding of the challenges scientists face in transitioning to leadership roles – and how to support them. Strong project management and organizational skills.
