About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst (EMEA) to join our Global Payroll team during an exciting period of transformation as we operationally separate from Medtronic to an independent business. This role will be part of our global payroll team providing support for up to 2,000 employees across 17 EMEA Countries .
Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple EMEA countries Ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits Analyze and reconcile payroll data and reports Manage off-cycle payments (bonuses, commissions, equity awards) At MiniMed, you can begin a lifelong career of exploration and innovation, while helping make a difference in the lives of people living with diabetes around the globe.
The payroll analyst plays a critical role in management and oversight for payroll processes serving as a vital link between employees and the business ensuring that employees are paid timely and accurately.
This role involves in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and the capacity to work with payroll software systems, indicating a blend of technical expertise and regulatory comprehension.
