About the Role As a PVI Senior Partner, you’ll collaborate directly with our founders, board members and the core team to expand transformational educational entertainment globally.

Build and mentor your own network or partner team. Experience in building and scaling teams or businesses. Rooted in the teachings of Bob Proctor and Universal Laws, we conduct powerful events, processes, and communities that elevate individuals and organizations to new levels of awareness, success, and freedom.

We are now inviting five exceptional leaders to join as Senior Partners–visionaries ready to co‑create the next chapter of PVI’s mission to elevate awareness on human potential and performance worldwide. Your Key Responsibilities Represent and facilitate PVI processes, workshops, and retreats (online and in person). Lead personal and professional growth initiatives in your region or area of expertise. Deliver client presentations and support enrollments into PVI processes. Set and track your OKRs, maintaining full ownership of your results.

Study and embody PVI’s methodology daily, applying our principles in life and. Collaborate with the global partner network to co‑create initiatives that drive growth and awareness. Freedom to work remotely and design your own schedule. Opportunity for equity and leadership involvement in shaping PVI’s future. Requirements An experienced coach, consultant, facilitator, or leader—or an ambitious professional ready to transition from corporate into a purpose‑driven passion.

Growth‑oriented, self‑motivated, and aligned with personal development principles. Ready to operate as a self‑employed partner (existing company or willing to register one). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Open to occasional travel for events and in‑person gatherings.

Registered as a freelancer or self‑employed or willing to do so. Nice to Have Sales, leadership, or business development background. Coaching, facilitation, or public speaking experience. Project or operations management experience.
