We are seeking an experienced Senior HP Service Manager (HPSM) / OpenText ITSM Consultant to support and optimize our client's IT Service Management environment. This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain HP Service Manager (OpenText ITSM v9) environments

• Customize workflows, forms, and business rules to meet client requirements

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end-users

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and integration with other ITSM tools

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues efficiently

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ITSM best practices and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with HP Service Manager/OpenText ITSM

• Proven track record in large-scale ITSM implementations or support projects

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Resident in Germany with the ability to work legally

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

Nice to Have:

• ITIL certification

• Experience with integrations (e.g., LDAP, email, external ticketing systems)

• Knowledge of related tools like UCMDB, SMAX, or other OpenText platforms
