AIS runs a team of 300 experts who support the operational side of business and complement Arendt’s legal and consulting capabilities. Managing a team of junior governance officers: reviewing documentation prepared by juniors and overseeing follow‑up actions. Team‑oriented.
Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is the investor services arm of Arendt, providing integrated fund and corporate services to clients. Senior Officer - Governance Services (CDD - 6 months) Your role: Solid knowledge of applicable laws and relevant articles related to governance services.
Preparing legal documentation for standard governance services (e.g., approval of annual accounts, transfer of seat, change of managers-directors). Updating registers (shares, PECs, CPECs). Participating in transactional corporate secretarial tasks. Tracking and checking documents (legislation, signatures).
Organizing board and shareholders’ meetings, drafting minutes, proxies, convening notices, powers of attorney. Liaising with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notaries, and the ministry of foreign affairs. Your profile: Completed an academic degree in law. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position.
