Responsibilities Build and manage corporate networks for clients Maintain, operate and further develop complex network environments Plan, design and operate modern firewall, LAN and WLAN infrastructures Analyze faults, independently resolve incidents and manage network-related changes Develop automation solutions to increase operational efficiency Support sales teams in the pre-sales process with technical expertise Requirements Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience Solid knowledge of perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP and WLAN Certifications or training in Cisco and Fortinet technologies; knowledge of additional vendors is a plus Experience at an IT service provider and initial development experience are advantageous Confident written and spoken German; strong English skills Hard Skills network management firewall design LAN infrastructure WLAN infrastructure fault analysis incident resolution automation solutions routing switching VPN Soft Skills technical expertise communication problem-solving team support Certifications & Qualifications Cisco certification Fortinet certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
