Key Tasks & Responsibilities Serve as primary European Union and global SME for LAN/WLAN/WAN operations Lead resolution of complex network issues across all OSI layers Provide advanced configuration, installation, and troubleshooting support Guide network design, implementation, and modernization initiatives Interface with Government, CSPs, GSPs, and external stakeholders Develop standards, policies, and technical procedures Perform performance analysis and proactive network optimization Ensure compliance with DoD/DHA security and architecture requirements Support firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust implementations Mentor and lead network engineering staff Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree + 5 years relevant experience or 10 years equivalent experience Possess a mastery level of experience in routed, switched and shared Computer World Service, Corp. (CWS) is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) to perform as the Senior Network Engineer to provide network (i.e. local, wireless, and wide area network) sustainment and deployment support services to military hospitals and clinics located throughout the European Union.
Acts as the lead technical authority for European Union network operations, providing enterprise-level engineering, escalation support, and architectural guidance for DHA network infrastructure.
