Contract Permanent (CDI) Commitment Full-time Location Geneva, Switzerland Notes Fluent French and English are mandatory Participation in an on-call rotation is required CCNA certificate mandatory Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Cisco/HPE enterprise networks, Fortinet security infrastructure, and Azure cloud networking across multiple international locations Lead the evolution of hybrid network architectures spanning on-premises data centers and cloud environments Manage the lifecycle of network infrastructure, including capacity planning, hardware refreshes, and disaster recovery Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and secure network services Provide third‑line technical support for complex networking incidents Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to improve network performance and security Manage relationships with telecommunications providers and external technology partners Ensure network monitoring, availability, and compliance with operational standards Contribute to infrastructure projects, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in an on-call rotation to support business‑critical systems Requirements 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering Proven expertise with Cisco and/or HPE Aruba enterprise networking solutions Hands‑on experience with Fortinet firewalls and network security technologies Experience designing and supporting Microsoft Azure networking environments Strong expertise in routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPNs, and network security Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise network infrastructures Professional networking certification (CCNP, JNCIP, Aruba, or equivalent) Fluent French and English Preferred Qualifications Advanced networking certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent) Experience within financial services or highly regulated industries Experience with network automation and infrastructure‑as‑code Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and observability platforms Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning #J-18808-Ljbffr Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions.
