In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance communication between ECUs, working closely with cross‑functional teams across systems, hardware, and software engineering. Collaborate with hardware, software, and EE architecture teams to ensure seamless integration and interface alignment.

Drive implementation of secure communication protocols (e.g., SecOC, End‑to‑End protection) in collaboration with cybersecurity teams. Support system integration and testing teams in troubleshooting and resolving communication issues.

What You Bring Master’s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field 8–10+ years of experience in network/communication engineering, systems engineering, or embedded systems Strong expertise in automotive or robotics communication protocols (CAN, CAN‑FD, LIN, Ethernet) Experience with AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive) is highly desirable Solid understanding of system architecture, requirements engineering, and interface management Familiarity with development lifecycles (e.g., V-model, ASPICE) Experience with safety‑critical systems and standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262) is a plus Hands‑on experience with debugging tools (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer, Wireshark) is preferred Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.

You will play a critical role in defining communication architectures and supporting system integration throughout the development lifecycle. What You’ll Build Design, develop, and optimize in‑system communication networks (e.g., CAN, CAN‑FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) for robust ECU communication.

Define and review communication architectures, signal mappings, and data flows based on hardware and software requirements. Validate compliance with relevant standards and best practices (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 where applicable). Contribute to system‑level architecture decisions and continuous improvement of communication strategies.
