Your role Based in our content production hub in Cape Town, you will be a key member of our multidisciplinary creative, visual design and production team As subject matter expert you will own the exciting arena of motion design, animation and advanced visual effects – and put it to great use for projects of our global clients from all international offices Using your visual and motion design expertise, you help local creative teams enhance their campaigns and concepts You help develop, produce and execute high-quality animation, motion graphics, and VFX for a range of campaigns and platforms You research and develop moodboards, styleframes, and motion references to guide creative direction Your profile Degree or diploma in Motion/VFX, Visual Communication, or related field.

You have at least 5 years of experience in motion design and/or VFX, ideally within an advertising and/or post-production agency environment You have expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign You have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion work across digital, social, and broadcast formats You have a sharp eye for aesthetics, detail, and emerging creative trends You are collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and can manage your own time effectively You already use AI Tools to augment and enhance your work What we offer Work on big briefs and projects for international brands Chance to help shape the agency and influence growth Working with fantastic colleagues in a collaborative environment Competitive salary Flat hierarchy, fostering a transparent and participatory work culture International environment with diverse employees, clients, and locations Experienced team: work alongside seasoned professionals Opportunity for workation from European countries or South Africa About us Markets move fast.
