You bring extensive experience in media strategy and a strong passion for developing data-driven, creative media approaches that truly move audiences? As our Senior Media Strategist (d/f/m), you will lead the strategic planning, execution and optimisation of integrated media campaigns across channels. You combine analytical excellence with a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and are able to translate complex insights into clear strategic recommendations. As a trusted sparring partner for clients and internal teams, you work closely with creatives and stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into impactful communication. You have a very good command of German and English, which you use confidently in presentations, client consulting and cross-functional collaboration.

Your tasks:Lead the development of integrated cross-channel media strategies and provide strategic media guidance throughout the creative development processIdentify, evaluate and champion emerging channels, platforms and media opportunities with strong business and growth potentialConduct and interpret complex audience, market and competitive analyses to uncover strategic opportunities and drive client growthDevelop holistic, data-driven media strategies with clear KPI frameworks and measurement approachesTake ownership of media planning, budgeting, channel allocation and implementation across campaigns and clientsDrive continuous campaign optimisation through advanced performance analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendationsAct as a trusted advisor for internal teams and clients, presenting recommendations and strategic rationale with confidenceWhat you score with:

Several years of experience in media strategy, media planning or performance marketing within an agency, consultancy or in-house environmentProven ability to develop and implement successful data-driven media strategies across multiple channelsDeep understanding of the current media ecosystem, consumer behaviour and emerging industry developmentsStrong analytical capabilities and extensive experience translating data into actionable business and communication strategiesExcellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex topics accessible and persuasiveStrategic mindset paired with commercial understanding and a strong focus on measurable outcomesConfidence in challenging established thinking and driving innovation through new approaches and perspectives
