Own Performance: Manage budgets, capacity planning, and KPIs - balancing commercial acumen with a passion for people and product. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Quality, Sales, and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences and support business growth.

Ensure Compliance: Lead by example in audit readiness, corrective actions, and documentation for airworthiness and regulatory requirements. Support Sales: Play a key role in quoting, sales support, and the strategic growth of our Upholstery Shop business.

Who You Are A proven leader with several years of experience in interior manufacturing or aviation environments. Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of budgets, KPIs, and resource planning. Technically educated, hands‑on, and proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. Driven by our values: Trust, Honesty, Alignment, and Transparency.
