Responsibilities Manage strategic projects and programs workstreams, such as Scorable Action Items, ensuring the end state of the project meets business objectives, agreed upon metrics and outlines deliverables with due dates.
Work with Executive Director of Strategic Planning to engage with Med Affairs leaders and vendor management to identify improvement opportunities. Develop analyses, presentations and other reporting materials to successfully implement change initiatives and socialize work to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and take action to solve management and business problems. Requirements 1+ years of management consulting experience, ideally within the health care sector. 2+ years experience in population health program design, health care operations and/or clinical product development.
Masters in related field (MBA, MPP, MPH, MPA, MHA, MSHP, etc.) preferred but not required. 2+ years work experience in managed care preferred but not required. 2+ years work experience in developing and maintain complex queries with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets to support insight generation and hypothesis testing.
