Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Medical, and Commercial leadership teams. Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Commercial Operations, Sales, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, Market Access, and Contracting. Develop data-driven recommendations and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Drive sales performance optimization, forecasting, planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align goals and ensure successful execution of key programs. Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership audiences.
Navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems in a dynamic healthcare environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
Strong experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Strategic Consulting. Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions at multiple levels. Experience working across commercial, medical, reimbursement, contracting, or market access functions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority. #J-18808-Ljbffr
