We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and all related ANYbotics mechanical hardware. /p bYour Impact /b ul liProduct Structure Configuration Governance ul liBOM Mastery: Define and govern multi‑level BOM structures for complex robotic systems, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service. /li liModular Architecture: Support platform‑based development by managing product configurations, variants, and component reuse strategies. /li liData Standards: Enforce rigorous part-numbering schemes, revision control, and BOM rules to maintain 100% data integrity. /li /ul /li liPLM System Ownership Digital Thread ul liPlatform Management: Own the strategic roadmap, implementation and functional administration of the PLM environment (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, CIM Database). /li liSystem Integration: Manage the technical "Digital Thread" between CAD → PLM → ERP → MES, ensuring real‑time synchronization of product and manufacturing data. /li liRelease Management: Oversee the lifecycle states, access controls, and workflows for all product releases and configuration baselines. /li /ul /li liMES Manufacturing Data Integration ul liProduction Execution: Ensure the flawless transfer of product structures from PLM to the MES for production execution. /li liProcess Definition: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to define production routings, assembly sequences, and digital work instructions in the MES. /li liTraceability: Maintain As‑Built traceability, ensuring consistency between MES production data and ERP production orders. /li /ul /li liEngineering Change (ECM) Continuous Improvement ul liChange Governance: Lead the Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Order (ECO) processes, ensuring controlled propagation of changes across all systems. /li liOptimization: Drive continuous improvement in workflows to reduce NPI cycle times and improve manufacturing scalability. /li liAudit Compliance: Conduct regular product data audits and implement corrective actions to ensure Single Source of Truth reliability. /li /ul /li /ul bYour Profile /b ul liMaster’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering /li li7+ years of experience in Configuration, PLM and MES system management, administration and implementation, ideally in hardware or complex mechatronic product environments /li liProven track record leading cross‑functional PLM projects with enterprise impact — from roadmap design to hands‑on delivery /li liStrong technical knowledge of PLM architectures (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, CIM Database), MES systems (e.g.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will strategically own the implementation and evolution of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES) systems and processes to scale with a rapidly growing product and manufacturing organization ("Digital Thread").

You will govern the product architecture for our complex mechatronic systems, ensuring that our Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Service BOM (SBOM) are perfectly synchronized.

You will define and execute the PLM and MES roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, product, and after‑sales service functions.
